Leadership Coaching

Whilst leadership coaching was once reserved for senior executives, it is now regarded as a vital tool for building leadership capabilities in talented individuals at all levels of the organisation. 

At Coaching Ink we specialise in coaching emerging leaders and high-potential employees. We are passionate about helping people as they grow and establish themselves as leaders, ensuring they have the tools to create a sustainable career.

Leadership coaching includes:

• All additional leadership tools and resources (toolkits, articles, questionnaires, self-reflection questions, take home activities)
• Post program follow-up and phone/email access for two months after the final coaching session
• Coaching ‘pulse check’ with manager, if required
• All fees are inclusive of GST

NOTE: 
Coaching packages must be used within 12 months from time of payment. 
Sessions can be cancelled but require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Optional additional psychometric assessment charged at cost.
